1. Look at the color. Try to choose transparent and colorless disposable lunch boxes. The results of the food packaging migration experiment show that qualified disposable tableware is relatively safe for the human body, while inferior lunch boxes may have a large amount of toxic and harmful substances precipitated, and colored lunch boxes may also have discoloration. Good quality lunch boxes have uniform color and clear outlines, no obvious dents or wrinkles on the box mouth, flat and smooth box mouth, no waste edges or burrs, clean and transparent box body, uniform thickness, no impurities, bubbles, water marks, no fish eyes or stiff blocks, etc. In addition, consumers should try to choose lunch boxes with thick and stiff walls. When purchasing, you can gently squeeze the sides of the lunch box with your hands to feel the hardness of the box body.
2. Look at the labeling and check whether the labeling content is complete. Disposable environmentally friendly lunch boxes should be sealed in plastic packaging bags. The packaging bags should not be damaged. The outer packaging should be marked with "product name, manufacturer's factory name, factory address, product implementation standards, production date, shelf life, health license" and other required content. If the marked content is incomplete or irregular, it is best not to buy such lunch boxes.
3. Look at the material. Pay attention to what material the tableware is made of. PP (polypropylene) has a melting point of 167℃ and is the only plastic lunch box or disposable lunch box that can be put into the microwave. Its outer packaging is marked as No. 5. If the tableware is not made of PP material and is not marked for microwave heating, do not use the microwave to heat it. At the same time, it is best to avoid reusing disposable lunch boxes.
